This was a disaster - quoted a figure for grounds works after completing a roof job, which was agreed, as this was under the comparable quotes - broke it into 2 sections of work significantly overcharged for section 1 - twice the price of a quote we had -previously for the same section £750 overpayment - it was lazy and poorly completed - as they were know to us from the roof work we assumed this overpayment would be put towards the main section at the front. No it was not - so 3 men for 5 hours cost us £750. They returned to do the front section of grounds and claimed they needed to increase the original agreed price to pay for a digger to remove soil etc. I did not agree with this - was told where to go By Mr Ronnie and find someone else. I called The owner of the business Mr Keiran who advisd he would sort it and his business reputation is paramount he started again a week later with 2 new gardeners asking for £1000, leaving £750 to pay, to pay for diggers and other equipment; I paid across £750 as I was concerned again that they would not complete the work . they did 3 hours work while we were out and did not stay to discuss with us. No word from Mr kieran- so to date we had paid £2,250 for just one days work in total and some rubbish removal. He then said he would come and complete the job the week after - and asked for yet another payment ahead of the work I said that I would pay all once the job had been completed, he refused to attend, appalling false promises, breach contract and theft. I would not rely on this firm or its staff ever.
